Rotating QR codes
The kiosk QR refreshes about every 30 seconds, so old screenshots stop being useful quickly.
QR attendance
Tympo gives each office a QR clock-in flow that employees scan from their phone. Rotating QR codes, GPS verification, schedules, and owner approvals keep attendance records useful without paper sheets.
Why QR attendance
QR attendance gives employees a simple phone action while owners keep a timestamped record for review.
The kiosk QR refreshes about every 30 seconds, so old screenshots stop being useful quickly.
Tympo checks that the employee is inside the office geofence before accepting the scan.
No handwritten sheets to collect, decode, and retype into payroll at the end of the month.
Scans are compared with employee schedules so late arrivals and missed shifts are visible.
Worked time, scheduled time, overtime, and attendance flags are available before payroll runs.
When connected, employees and owners can access Tympo through Telegram, and owners can receive scan notifications.
How QR clock-in works
Tympo keeps the employee action short while preserving enough detail for the owner dashboard.
Open the kiosk page on a tablet, laptop, or monitor near the entrance.
The employee scans the QR code, confirms location access, and submits the clock-in or clock-out.
Accepted and rejected scans are stored for review with time, office, location result, IP, and device details.
Verification
A QR code alone is not enough. Tympo combines QR freshness, geofence checks, and payroll-time review so records are useful later.
Rotating QR mode signs time-windowed tokens, and static QR mode is available per office when you need a printed code.
Each accepted phone scan must pass the office GPS radius configured by the owner.
Attendance exceptions appear before payroll is committed, so owners can review before paying.
