Time tracking and payroll for small teams
Employees scan a rotating QR at the office. Tympo checks their location and adds the hours up. You run payroll in one click, in English or Khmer.
Free while you set up. Two languages out of the box.
How clock-in works
Mount any cheap tablet near the entrance. It shows a QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds.
They open Tympo on their phone, sign in once with an ID and PIN, and point the camera at the QR.
We compare phone GPS to the office radius. Off-site scans are rejected with a clear reason.
Every scan, every minute, every approved overtime. End-of-month payroll is one button.
Everything in one place
Set weekly hours per person, or assign a repeating rotation. Late arrivals and early leaves are flagged against the plan.
Track paid and unpaid leave, accrue balances monthly, and approve requests. Paid leave flows into the payslip.
Run several locations under one account, each with its own QR, geofence radius, and grace period.
Every scan, override, and approval is recorded with time, IP, and device. Export it whenever you need the evidence.
Forgot to clock out? We close the session at the shift end, never crediting the hours in between, and flag it for review.
iOS and Android apps for your team: clock in with the camera and GPS, see their schedule and payslips, get push reminders.
Who's in right now, what needs your attention, overtime this cycle, and the busiest hours, at a glance.
Route each branch's clock-ins to its own Telegram group, so managers see only their own location.

Common questions
No. Each scan is checked against the office GPS radius and against a QR token that is only valid for around 30 seconds. A photo of the screen stops working before they reach the parking lot.
Yes. The whole UI ships in English and Khmer. Each employee picks their language; their payslip PDF renders in that language too.
Base pay (monthly salary or hourly rate) plus approved overtime hours at the configured OT rate plus per-holiday bonus (flat amount or hourly rate, owner's choice per holiday). Late or missed shifts are recorded but never auto-deducted.
Not real ones. The owner gives them a short Employee ID and a PIN they can change. No email, no password reset flows, no app to install.
Yes. The kiosk page works on any old laptop, monitor, or tablet you already have. If you would rather scan personal QR badges, that mode exists too.
